These Terms & Agreements set out the rules for using this website and for the information it contains. They do not replace a signed sales contract.

These Terms & Agreements (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://threesuperman.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Changzhou Threesuperman New Material Co., Ltd. (“Threesuperman”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a manufacturer of thermoplastic sheets and thermoplastic compounds.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.
3. Permitted Use of the Site
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your internal business evaluation and for preparing enquiries to us. You must not:
- Copy, republish or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract content in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected database
- Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code

4. No Offer; Quotations and Orders
Information on the Site — including product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, hardness ranges, colours, availability and lead times — is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.
A contract of sale is formed only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and it is accepted by you in writing, or when both parties sign a separate sales contract. Our general conditions of sale apply to every order and prevail over any conflicting statement on the Site. We may change product specifications, packaging and availability without notice.
5. Product Information and Samples
Technical data sheets, hardness values, thickness ranges, colour references and tolerances published on the Site describe typical values based on our standard production. They are provided in good faith but are not a warranty that a product will perform in a particular application.
Colour, surface finish and dimensional results may vary between production batches within agreed tolerances. Samples are supplied for evaluation only. You are responsible for testing and confirming that a product is suitable for your intended use before placing a production order. Any product warranty is set out exclusively in the applicable sales contract.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, product images, drawings, technical data sheets, logos and page design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. “Threesuperman” and our logo are our trademarks.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in Section 3.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed CNY 10,000. Liability for products supplied under a contract of sale is governed exclusively by that contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Export Control and Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable export control, customs and sanctions laws and regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any required import licences and for ensuring that products are not used in prohibited applications or transferred to restricted parties.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the competent court in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, unless a signed sales contract between the parties provides for a different forum or for arbitration.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page and the “Last updated” date will change. Your continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site, and do not affect the terms of any signed sales contract.
